天线的不行应该是楼主的问题建议换个V750天线

二手收短波可以考虑FT857 三千大概短波+UV FT991

I am also a PL330 user. From the top floor (around 30 floors), I can completely receive shortwave communication, mainly on the 14 MHz band. If it's not working well, it might be due to a poor electromagnetic environment. Try moving to a different location. ~~Avoid sources of interference such as electric scooters similar to those being charged.~~🤣

You can buy a small, active loop antenna for around 100 yuan to try it out. If the environment isn't suitable, even the best equipment won't work. You could also just listen with a WebSDR. It's definitely better to study and pass the B exam.
