升级固件的bUG 我周四和BG8KAH通话后，得知确实有这一个bug，着急的话返厂，不着急的话等几天升级。关于复活的思路，我可能是胡来的运气好。我个人综合分析，应该是每次固件写入的时候，会对功能和启动参数有影响，尤其是跨多个版本的时候，我在国赫官网所有PMR171固件下载下载，在周四晚上的时候，我从最低版本到最高版本依次刷固件，最后还是没办法启动，今天上午，前两次，我随便复制了两个版本的固件，第三个版本固件为3.4.4，竟然开机了，提示文字 Q900，随后刷171 3.5.0，正常开机，之后刷3.6.3也正常开机了

YofoaStudio On Thursday evening, I tried upgrading from version X to the latest version, but it didn't work. The first two versions I knew about were working fine, so I just copied them over. However, when I installed version 3.4.4, it actually started up! I was completely surprised.

Regarding the firmware upgrade bug: After my conversation with BG8KAH on Thursday, I confirmed that this specific bug exists. If you need it urgently, you can return it for repair. Otherwise, you can wait a few days for the upgrade.
Regarding the approach to reviving the device, it seems like I got lucky with a random guess. After careful analysis, I believe that each time the firmware is written, it affects the functionality and boot parameters. This is especially true when switching between multiple versions. When I downloaded all PMR171 firmware from the official website on Thursday evening, I sequentially updated the firmware from the lowest to the highest version, but still couldn't start it up. This morning, I randomly copied two versions of the firmware, and the third version (3.4.4) actually started up, displaying "Q900". Then I updated to 171 3.5.0, which started normally. After that, updating to 3.6.3 also worked normally.

However, when it comes to flashing ROMs, I've found that Xiaomi does a pretty good job. It seems like their methods are very reliable and don't often result in bricking the device.
