诚如楼上大佬所言，没有哪条规定说uv段通联不能换qsl卡。短波换的多≠uv段没人换/不给换。要是跟人约好，本地中继也能换卡。我qth珠三角地区，前段时间就通过本地中继和香港友台通联上了，现在换到了香港的卡。另外，uv段也不是只有本地直频/中继的单一玩法。打星也可以通很远的距离，我现在刚入卫星坑没几天能通2700公里外日本友台，其他大佬肯定能比我通的更远；或者收sstv也可以申请奖状卡片那些>!（所以说这么多就是为了骗你入卫星坑，欢迎一起来快乐打星！）!

完全可以换卡的。不过仅限直连，如果是走中继，这卡的意义就不大了。另外可以参加俱乐部活动，比如组建学校里的业余无线电俱乐部，然后做社团卡，这样换卡很有意义

If I have arranged a meeting with someone, I can also exchange my QSL card at the local repeater. My QTH is in the Pearl River Delta region, and I recently connected with a friend's station in Hong Kong using the local repeater. Now I have switched to a Hong Kong-based card.
Furthermore, the UV band is not limited to local direct/repeater operations. It's also possible to communicate over very long distances by "DXing," and I was recently able to contact a Japanese station over 2700 km away. More experienced operators will undoubtedly be able to achieve even greater distances. It's perfectly possible to change the card. However, this only applies when communicating directly; if you are using a repeater, the card will then be less useful.
