拿支付宝试试，工信部发的二维码能扫出来执照信息

看图片是最外面少了一圈。标准的二维码的左上、右上和左下会各有一个回字型的定位标识，你这个二维码看起来最外面一圈可能因为图片处理、打印等原因缺了。或许可以试一试用黑笔在四周各画一条线试试。（翻印以后画，别把原始证件搞坏了。😁）
