Background information
I purchased a BOX-6 6m data mode radio kit from Uncle Lu at UJK and assembled it myself. Since the new regulations came into effect, I contacted the local radio management office to obtain a license for my BOX-6, so that I could use it legally. In May of this year, I received news from Comrade Wu that the local radio management office now has the capability and authority to perform self-testing. Without further ado, I quickly gathered all the necessary documents and submitted an application.
Submit application
Open the Zhejiang Government Services website (or the "ZheLiBan" app), and complete the new business registration form using the standard setup process.

In the "Transmitter Model Verification Code" and "Device Factory Serial Number" fields, enter "Homemade" (if modified or assembled).

Please fill in the operating frequency and transmission power accurately (do not simply fill in the maximum value, please provide accurate values).

Click "Next" to proceed to the second page. Locate the item stating, "Provide materials that can prove that the radio station used by the applicant is a homemade, modified, or assembled radio transmitter," and upload the relevant documents. I have also created a template for this purpose, which I am making publicly available for reference.Click here to download.(This is for reference only; I am not responsible for any issues arising from the document's obsolescence or other reasons.) Then, complete the header and appendices one through five (optional).

After completing the form, upload and submit it. Then, wait for a local representative to contact you and schedule an on-site inspection.
On-site testing
After a few days, I finally had time to go downtown and get it tested! I arrived at the local utility office, entered the testing room, connected the equipment's power supply and feeder cable, and started the test.
The testing projects generally include: internal dispersion, external dispersion (including multiple-frequency waves), power, and frequency adjustability.
[!WARNING] Please note that the frequency adjustability only applies to adjustments within the amateur band; any adjustments outside this range will not be accepted.
Testing standards and methods are based on:
《Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Amateur Radio Equipment RF Technology (GB/T 32658-2016)》
《General Specifications for Shortwave One-Way Communication Equipment (GB/T 16946-2017)》
These two documents serve as standards. Before testing, you can use them to test your equipment individually and optimize it promptly, thereby avoiding failure.

If everything checks out, once you've signed and confirmed, this step will go smoothly.
Market close
As expected, you will receive your license within a few working days via the Zhejiang Government Service Network (or the "Zhe Li Ban" app).
I have successfully obtained it, and BOX-6 can now be legally launched!
Conclusion
Once again, I would like to thank the leaders and colleagues of the Jiaxing Radio and Telecommunications Bureau for their assistance in setting up our testing equipment. Your technical expertise and proactive communication are greatly appreciated!
I also want to thank Teacher BA5EA for helping me test the machine's various indicators before its official acceptance. This was a significant factor in my successful passing of the acceptance tests.
Wishing everyone good luck with their testing!
