— Zhejiang University Student Amateur Radio Association（ZJUSARA）Officially established!
Dear students and radio enthusiasts of Zhejiang University, we have been waiting for you! After several months of preparation, we successfully passed the club establishment defense on May 20th this year and officially joined the Zhejiang University student clubs family!
However, recently coincided with the exam period for "Speed of Life," we were busy "surviving" in the ocean of knowledge, which caused a slight delay in our posts... Now, we are officially introducing ourselves to everyone with our signals and sincerity!

To ZJU students:Amateur radio (ham radio) is far from a boring "hobby" of old technology! It's a globally legal and thriving hobby, with enthusiasts adhering to"Compassion, loyalty, ambition, friendliness, moderation, patriotism"The principles, using radio communicationMutual communication、Self-trainingAndTechnical research。
Here, you can participate in various types of communication and competition activities, as well as learn about the construction and operation of radio-related equipment, conduct emergency communication drills, and research lunar surface reflection communication.（EME）、Amateur satellite communication and other similar technologies are more challenging and interesting, cool and hardcore!
To HAMs:We are a group of Zhejiang University students who love radio! The association aims to create a platform for learning and exchanging knowledge, as well as providing services to meet the communication needs of the campus and society. Although we are just starting out, we are full of enthusiasm!
I look forward to meeting and collaborating with my senior colleagues and other radio enthusiasts to explore the wonders of radio waves!

This time, the formation of the club is not the first encounter between Zhejiang University and Amateur Radio! Thank you to classmate Zhou Zheng Yuan (@BG5FDI) for his research, which began as early asOctober 1937Zhejiang University had already established the Zhejiang University Spare Time Radio Club at that time. The activities included practicing codes, exchanging books, and using reference materials.
In2002 – 2008The Zhejiang University amateur radio enthusiasts also played an important role in activities such as the "Trekking" event.
