Regarding HAM direct frequency points in Shenyang city

Is it possible to measure UV differences in Shenyang's North Town?

I think that 438.6 MHz could be used; I don't currently have a repeater using this frequency.

"The Shenyang Two-Meter Direct Frequency used to be 145050, and it was quite active about twenty or thirty years ago."

bg2qax 050 I also remember there were some differences in the exchange rates.
