I've seen many HAMs in different regions organizing direct-mode network activities. I was wondering if it would be possible to organize a similar event in Shenyang, and whether the U-band direct mode point could avoid using 438.5 to prevent prolonged occupation and utilize the UV difference conversion from North Town. For the V-band, we could use 145.1.
