BI4LIG You should try both methods: first, attach the magnetic mesh to the air conditioner unit; second, fix the 4-square woven mesh line to the expansion screws on the air conditioner's support frame.

BI4LIG If you still want to use 6 meters on SSB, that's fine. But let's be realistic: at home, stick with the standard antenna plus a mast, and use FT8 to contact as many stations as possible. If you have the opportunity to set up an outdoor Yagi antenna, do so, and maximize your gain. It's better to have a comfortable and efficient setup than to just sit around doing nothing.
