BD1ABP BI7ALG The price you found for the UV98Plus seems a bit high. Currently, you can get it with all the features for 599 and also receive a shortwave antenna.
Haluk I'm also considering which one to buy, and I've heard that it's better to buy a new one than an old one. Specifically, which of these two models is the better choice? I really want to hear what the experienced HAM knows.
BI1ODV I have a simulated radio with APRS functionality, but I still find the UV98 from Unicom to be the most enjoyable to use.
BI7ALG Billrizer This machine has been on the market for a while, and I haven't seen many reviews or user experiences related to it.
Saurlax I just got one recently and I think it looks pretty good. I bought it on Xiaoyao (a Chinese social media platform) for a very cheap price.
ping For this type of device, I recommend checking out Xianyu (a popular online marketplace). New devices are also often cheaper on Xianyu than on Taobao. I saw a very new N76 being sold for 600 yuan, but it was gone within two days.
BI7ALG BD1ABP I seem to remember that this machine has been around for several years. Perhaps I am mistaken.
