Hello everyone, this is BH3XZT. After coordinating with the relevant parties, the POTA (Park on the Air) activity has now been approved to begin entering park information for the BY area. Due to the large volume of park location information required for the POTA activity, we currently need to establish specific rules for entering park information. The following are some principles that I have compiled regarding which information should not be entered and which should be encouraged:
* Information that is already publicly available
* Information that is inaccurate or outdated
* Information that could compromise the safety of park visitors
Generally, we do not accept applications from:
1: Do not record sensitive areas and parks in the surrounding area.
2: Do not record parks that involve political implications.
3: Do not record undeveloped primary forests.
4: Do not record areas with unclear property rights and closed, non-public ownership.

1: Natural, historical landscapes
2: Suitable land areas have been identified, including mountainous, forested, coastal, and plains regions, with appropriate safeguards in place.
3: Urban parks with public emergency features
4: Parks with historical significance (industrial, agricultural, military, etc.)
