您这三张图频率不一样。。。在同一频率下这么测试，驻波有起伏吗？另外似乎天调是开着的？

When using the X6100, I found that after plugging in the power cable and the DEV port cable, it affected the data during device testing.

This is the standing wave observed when connecting a DEV line to the computer, which can reach up to around 3.

After disconnecting the DEV cable, the oscilloscope showed a reading of approximately 1 volt.

Then, below is the standing wave observed when an external power source is connected, with a value of approximately 2.

After disconnecting the external power supply, the harmonic distortion decreased to around 1.

Could you please tell me if the standing wave variations caused by the power supply and USB cable have any impact on transmission? Can I mitigate this by adding...?Magnetic ringorGarlockOr are there other ways to resolve this?

The three images you provided have different frequencies... Would you observe oscillations in the standing wave when testing at the same frequency?
Also, it seems like the weather radio was on?

It's a program within the machine itself that generates standing waves within the scanning frequency range, so the frequency changes.

What antenna are you using? The 14 MHz band might be quite narrow, and I'm getting a feeling that the scanning range is too large, which could explain the fluctuations in the standing wave ratio.

If your power source is a switch-mode power supply and not a battery, check if the electrical outlet in your home is properly grounded.
P.S. Radio grounding should not be connected to the ground of the mains electricity supply, and certainly not to a gas pipe.
