This is also effective because if the frequencies differ significantly, the antenna presents a large impedance to other frequencies. Therefore, different frequency radio waves are automatically separated and directed to different antennas. A typical example is a multi-band folded V and circular polarization dipole.
The best reason to avoid this is that 144 and 430 are close multiples, which weakens the above-mentioned characteristics. For example, if you transmit on a specific frequency, the signal might also enter the V-band antenna.
