International QSL Card Sending Rules (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) - Version 1.0
This rule only guarantees that your QSL card will be delivered to the designated bureau in your country (region):
1. Currently, there are two designated personnel, with individual complex countries/regions assigned separately (details in the following section).
2、 The number of QSL cards sent to each country (region) will start at twelve (subject to weight adjustments), and the sending time can be flexibly arranged by the responsible person.
3. Regardless of whether the quantity reaches the initial shipment amount, all shipments to a specific country (region) should be sent once within two years.
4. After each shipment, record the information inHamCQ CommunityPublish for public review;
5、 The fee for providing QSL card services is 2 RMB per card, and the postage for sending to the recipient must be borne by the user.
6、 If a card cannot be sent, it will be returned to you by regular mail at the end of the year, and no service fees will be refunded.
6、 We are not responsible for any closures of receiving or sending locations, or loss/return of QSL cards due to factors beyond our control.
7、 Send the QSL card and service fees to [Name of Institution/Person in Charge] on your behalf, indicating that you have agreed to and are willing to comply with these rules.

Appendix: The following situations are considered to be unavoidable:
1. Natural disasters, such as typhoons, floods, and earthquakes;
2. Government actions, such as taxation and expropriation;
3. Social anomalies such as strikes, riots, and wars;
4、 Errors in filling out information on the issuing card;
5、 The recipient party may not provide services to users (e.g., in Japan) or in other situations where there is no card issuing agency.
