I believe that either BJT or UTC can be selected, and it's not necessary to fill in both.
For domestic connections, select "BJ Time" and simultaneously check "BJT". For international connections, select "UTC" and simultaneously check "UTC".
PSE and TNX are mutually exclusive; if placed side-by-side, they would create additional space for adding notes (RMKS). However, this may not be a necessary feature.
