710:
Pure SDR architecture – The DX10 uses a hybrid SDR architecture, which is suitable for "more complex environments." The 710 essentially removes the analog processing front-end circuitry of the DX10.
The domestic version is more expensive, while the Japanese version is cheaper. Due to restrictions on importing radio equipment, which are imposed by the government, there can be some difficulty in clearing customs. (See Appendix for relevant laws and regulations)
Regarding frequency expansion: All versions can perform frequency expansion, except for the Japanese version. At least, the Japanese version cannot be expanded after a reset via shorting. The Chinese and US versions can both expand, and the interface displays differently after expansion (e.g., CHI-EX, US-EX).
You can purchase official hardware networking boxes, or use other computer control boxes (such as Sunflower) for remote access (as it supports DVI external monitors and mice).
That speaker consists of a simple metal enclosure and a 3W speaker – it's not expensive, so it should be fine.
IC7300:
Simulated processing mode (I'm not entirely sure, but it doesn't seem to be officially promoted as SDR).
The software extensions purchased can provide online functionality. However, the connection to a computer is via USB, meaning that a computer must be located near the radio for it to work. It cannot connect directly to the internet.
While having more HF support would be beneficial, it seems that HF antennas and shortwave antennas are not interchangeable. I would still need to switch antennas when using HF.

According to the "Catalogue of Restricted Items for Entry and Exit" and the "Catalogue of Restricted Items for Entry and Exit" (No. 43 Decree of the General Administration of Customs), radio transceivers are restricted items. According to Article 18 of the "Regulations on the Management of Radio Transmitters," imported radio transmitters must be accompanied by a model approval certificate, and the consignee, the person entering with the radio transmitter, and the sender of the radio transmitter must declare it to customs in accordance with the law and obtain clearance procedures. For inquiries regarding the application for a model approval certificate, please contact the Radio Management Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China.
