安德森太多了，没必要，XT60母头就够了，不用加公头，有风险，5521和5525可以加，再加两个点烟器母头。我是这样分配的。 2个安德森：电台或功放。 4个XT60母：电台或功放。 1个5521，1个5525，小功率设备（QRP电台，天调，照明，风扇等） 2个点烟器：接100W车充，输出20V PD，给电脑供电，另一个接普通车充，给手机等移动设备充电。当然，我这么设计是用于野外架台，如果在家使用，那么接口再多也不嫌多。

计算一下电流 1oz铜下比较理想的是1A电流1mm宽的线依次递增如果搞不定可以开窗镀锡另外不要放xt60公头金属异物掉进去会短路全部母头就行

Request for Comments on Radio PDU Interface Functionality

Currently, I am planning to create a radio PDU power extension board with dimensions of 18 x 12 centimeters. This size is fixed.

Currently, we are considering using 6 Anderson connectors, 4 XT60 male connectors, and 4 XT60 wood connectors, as well as 2 terminal blocks, one 5521 interface, and one 5525 interface.

Currently, we are not considering adding external USB charging functionality due to a lack of suitable and affordable modules. Either the cost would be too high, or there are no readily available options that meet our requirements, leading us to consider allowing users to connect their own charging devices.
Version 2 in the design

This was the first version I created.

Anderson is too much; XT60 female connectors are sufficient. There's no need to add male connectors, which introduces risk. The 5521 and 5525 connectors can be used with two additional female connectors for cigarette lighters.
Here's how I allocated it.
Two Anderson units: either a radio or an amplifier.
4 x XT60 female connectors: for use with radio transmitters or amplifiers.
1 x 5521, 1 x 5525, small-power devices (e.g., QRP radio, transceiver, lighting, fan)
2 cigarette lighters: one connects to a 100W car charger, providing 20V PD output for powering a computer, and the other connects to a standard car charger for charging mobile devices such as phones.
Of course, I designed it for use in the field, and if you were to use it at home, having more ports wouldn't be a problem.

You can adopt this method, using very thick wires.

Calculate the current.
For a 1 oz copper wire, a current of 1A with a width of 1 mm is ideal. The current should then be increased progressively.
If you can't manage it, try tin plating the window.

Also, please make sure to use only female connectors (XT60), as metal objects falling into the male connector can cause a short circuit.

Moonlight Regarding the "head" issue, I have also considered this possibility, and I believe it's still necessary to include it. I will check to see if there is a cover or similar component.

I still recommend buying a DCPDU specifically designed for use in telecommunications facilities.
