可以，如果你使用/QRP后缀进行发射，那么上传就需要这个呼号证书

我记得没有明文规则必须加QRP后缀，但是假设你用BHXXX呼号同时用于常规功率发射和QRP，比如两台收发机，那么最好还是用后缀区分一下

目前我遇到了这个问题，我使用/qrp后缀做了一些ssb和ft8的qso，上传lotw时失败了，提示呼号不符，另外还有一种情况，我的qth变化，影响了lotw上传

Currently, I am experiencing this issue. I have been using the "/qrp" suffix for some SSB and FT8 QSOs, but when uploading to LotW, it fails with an error message indicating that the callsign is not correct.
There's also another situation where my changing QTH (location) has affected the LOTW uploads.

The location must be added using the TQSL tool and conform to the log grid (or, if no grid is specified in the log), in order to match the upload.
