An idea: Is it possible to apply for a ham radio license using a 2.4 GHz local network module?

突发奇想，各位友台来看看行不行，根据新规第七条第三项规定:

（三）使用的无线电发射设备依法取得型号核准（型号核准
证载明的频率范围包含业余业务频段）；或者使用的自制、改装、
拼装等未取得型号核准的无线电发射设备符合国家标准和国家
无线电管理规定，且无线电发射频率范围仅限于业余业务频段。

2.4G无线局域网模块的核准频率2400-2483.5Mhz中与业余频段2300-2450Mhz有交集，那是否可以用2.4G局域网模块来申请业余电台执照呢?

The test must be performed at a single frequency point with continuous transmission (or CW mode), and since routers cannot perform this type of testing, I used a 144-5.8 GHz SDR instead.

No, it's not possible to hop between frequencies; it must be a single-frequency point with a long antenna for a single tone.
The only way to fix it might be by replacing the firmware.

I tried contacting a local unlicensed operator, but they said that as long as the frequency doesn't occupy the cellular network band (approximately 2320-2380), it should be fine. Since there is no planned use, it needs to avoid using the 2.4 GHz amateur business band, which is not a primary business.
