The radio management regulations stipulate that the range of radio frequencies for transmission is limited to amateur business frequency bands only.
The approved frequency range for the 2.4 GHz local area network module is 2400-2483.5 MHz, which overlaps with the amateur radio band of 2300-2450 MHz. Therefore, could a 2.4 GHz local area network module be used to apply for an amateur radio license?
