The Yaesu Japanese input method is really frustrating; it can only search for kanji based on the pronunciation of the first kana, and it doesn't support濁音 (fuon) or 半濁音 (hanfuon) symbols.
Furthermore, not every pronunciation of a Chinese character was recorded; in some cases, I still need to check each pronunciation individually.
