我的建议： 1. 非常入门的东西，特别是抖音、B站和其他网站上已经有一大堆资源的，建议直接选取优秀资源，引用他们的成果，不要再自己造轮子。我们的工作则是通过手册，把这些优秀资源系统地整理到一起，让新手便于查阅，再利用链接链到原始位置，尊重他人劳动成果。 2. 基础知识和原理，网上和书籍都有很多资料。新手的问题是看不懂，而且手册由于其表达形式，又难以做通俗易懂的解读，因此同样是建议收集其他通俗易懂的资源，我们通过手册将它们系统地整理到一起。 3. 在很多地方都已经有新手教程的情况下，手册更重要的是操作经验。很多人会编写新手操作教程，例如如何调对讲机，但很少有人系统性总结操作经验，例如如何调整能通得更远、位置功率天馈如何优化，而经验这种东西，有时候只需要一句话，对中手和高手就会非常受用。 4. 本论坛的高质量帖文也应当考虑收录到手册中，不能让它们因为搜索功能不好用而埋没在时间线中。 5. 考虑到大家都是业余时间编辑，手册编写最好是先做出一些内容，把框架稍微填一填，然后再讨论完善。 6. 站长可以考虑加一些审稿人员。
