本人QTH在广东惠州。最近在广东政务服务网申请设台，还以为有发纸质执照，结果后面才发现只有电子执照了，请问大家也是这样的情况吗？有没有友台教一下应该怎么领取纸质电台执照？谢谢大家。

They need to manually stamp documents, so it's a slow process. Electronic submissions are not possible. You can check with Yue Sheng Shi (Guangdong Provincial Postal Service).

Once Guangzhou has completed the process, you will receive a text message with options to choose between postal delivery or in-person pickup.
If you choose to have it mailed, simply send your recipient information to the email address in your text message. For example, I received a notification via SMS on May 6th and also sent an email, and then I was able to collect the physical license delivered by EMS on May 7th. I hope this helps you.

BG7LJX I didn't receive a message confirming the completion of the process, and I only found out that it was finished when I checked myself. On the government website, all I saw was "Electronic license issued," so I wasn't sure if it would be mailed to me.

惠州是例外，惠州执行的是电子执照。

自2023年6月份起，新审批的无线电台执照（新申请、延续，变更等等），不再提供纸质的业余无线电台执照，所有审批通过的无线电台执照都推送、更新到“粤省事”的“数字空间”里，无线电台执照持有人可在“粤省事”里查看和出示给执法人员查验。对于因参加各项业余无线电比赛需要纸质版无线电台执照参赛的（或者其它特殊情况），在惠州市审批范围的可以联系惠州市工业和信息化局提出需纸质版执照申请，申请联系人：熊瑛，联系电话：0752-2809198。
