I found a Haier D11 Pro Android 4G phone with anti-explosion features for less than 50 yuan on Xianyu.
I found that it came with a built-in PTT (Push-to-Talk) button.
The system includes Hisense's public address platform.
I installed both Zhidada and Nanshan two-way radios, and I can use PTT for communication.
The only drawback is that it uses a MICRO USB charging port instead of TYPE-C.
