我觉得最大的问题在于牢邮这次修订明信片国家标准居然尺寸上还是遵循万国邮联旧版标准（最大148*105、最小140*90）.... 万国邮联早就改标准了日邮官网上国际明信片都是最大235*120 最小140*90 （他们国内明信片小于这个标准但是国际跟随万国邮联） *单位：毫米

I believe the biggest problem lies in the fact that, during this revision of the national standard for postcards, the dimensions still adhere to the old standards set by the Universal Postal Union (maximum 148105, Minimum 14090）....

The Universal Postal Union has already standardized this; international postcards on the Japan Post website are limited to a maximum size of 235.120 minimum 14090 (While their domestic postcards are smaller than this standard, they follow the standards set by the Universal Postal Union)

ping Unfortunately, compatibility will always be a factor. This means that new standards can never be fully implemented.
I think that if you send out a large postcard to the destination country, and they strictly adhere to the postal union standards, it shouldn't be a problem. However, if they don't strictly adhere to the postal union standards, it might not even matter about the size.
