Does the BaoFeng 5RH PRO battery leak during transmission?

在pdd上购入的5rh pro，发射的时候手一旦碰到电池触电，就有明显发烫类似漏电的感觉，不知道算是漏电还是高功率发烫。不是轻微而是是很明显的不适感了。本来打算找商家换货，结果他说试了几个机器都这样，就作罢了。请问大家这属于正常情况吗？我的其他机器泉盛k6 宝峰uv5r都没出现过这种情况。
