BH5UXM I'm currently designing my own QSL cards. I tried using Excel to edit the table section, then exporting it as an image and inserting it into Photoshop, but the results weren't very good. I hope that experienced members can provide some suggestions for creating QSL cards and recommend suitable tools.
BG7QIW The simplest method is to use PowerPoint; it's simple and straightforward (no brain required).
BD4VCM BG8IXZ A common mistake in this diagram is that the "thank you for your QSL" message uses TNX.
BH8GGP The PS I used initially, and now use AI for, can definitely create a universal table if you don't have as much free time as I do. Once the table is designed, you can simply paste it when creating the QSL card.
NB6G Use Word or PowerPoint to create a table, save it as a PDF file, and then use the open-source and free Inkscape software to modify the background and other parts, and finally finalize it. You can export the final result in PDF or another format.
ping I have a question: how do you create the background behind the tables in your spreadsheets? And, what parameters should I adjust for the images to make them suitable as backgrounds?
BG2MNU ping To achieve the desired effect, simply set the table layer to be on top of the base layer. The table layer should have black text on a white background and placed above the pattern layer for the simplest and most natural-looking result.
BH8GIO So, I created the presentation using PowerPoint, and I had an artist draw the background image.
BI2QJL I didn't draw a table; instead, I drew several rounded rectangles and typed in the content to create it.
BH5UQJ I create tables using Excel, export them as PDFs, and then insert them into Photoshop. This ensures that the text remains clear and readable, while also allowing for transparent areas where images can be overlaid.
