Overall, it's good, but the biggest problem is that this project involved too many stakeholders in the early stages. It may be difficult to balance their interests later on, and maintaining stability will be challenging.
Drawing on past experiences at other bases in China, particularly regarding financial matters, it's best to minimize the number of people involved.
