藏了半年，55拿出来晒了晒太阳研究下说明书，感觉G90N除了功率以外还是少了些东西。 **注意，最近有机身固件升级：G90N机身固件更新2025年4月22日** 因官网没90N的说明书，实在不应该。以下按照G90操作手册-最终版(修订02），固件为最新版： 1. G90S提供两种滤波器调节模式：中心频点模式、带宽模式。 1、短按多功能调节旋钮，分别切换两种滤波器模式。 2、选择中心模式时:滤波器图标上方出现提示文字"Cxxx"("xxx"是中心频点值) -----并未找到C模式，只有B模式，且滤波器起始和截止频率的调节，复位功能均缺失。所以带宽不能直接调，需要用B模式进行左右偏移，重合部分为有效带宽，非常不方便 2. FFT Scale 频谱参考电平设定 -----只能设置Auto，无其它选项 3.CW侧音音量和音调的设置，需进入[ KEY ]按键的第二功能，短按切换选项： B500 ：CW接收带宽设置 (默认为500Hz) -----无此菜单/功能 4.进入[ POW ]按键的第二功能进行如下设定： B2400 ：SSB模式默认带宽设置，表示带宽为2.4kHz。 -----无此菜单/功能 G90N最大功能不足10W，已用功率计进行测试。之前已经实验性刷过G90S，不会超过15W。由于本人只玩SSB和CW，数字功能未进行测试。如以上问题有误请不吝赐教，或本人的电台存在故障？做一款小而精的电台不易，希望厂家继续努力。

The G90N was exposed to sunlight and discovered that some functions were disabled.

I kept it for six months, then took it out and let it sit in the sun to study the manual. I felt that the G90N was missing some features besides power.

Please note that a recent firmware upgrade for the G90N body: G90N firmware update on April 22, 2025.

Since the official website doesn't have instructions for the 90N, it shouldn't be like this. Below is the operation manual for G90 - Final Version (Revision 02), with the latest firmware:

The G90S offers two filter adjustment modes: center frequency mode and bandwidth mode.
1. Press the multifunction adjustment knob to switch between the two filter modes.
2. When selecting center mode: a message appears above the filter icon indicating "Cxxx" (where "xxx" is the center frequency value).
The C mode was not found, only the B mode exists, and the adjustment of the starting and ending frequencies of the filter, as well as the reset function, are missing. Therefore, the bandwidth cannot be directly adjusted; instead, it must be adjusted using the B mode to shift left and right, with the overlapping portion representing the effective bandwidth, which is very inconvenient.

Only "Auto" can be set; there are no other options.

3. Adjusting the volume and pitch of the CW side tone, requires entering the second function of the [KEY] button, short press to toggle options:
B500: CW Receive Bandwidth Setting (default is 500 Hz)

4. To access the second function of the "[ POW ]" button, please configure as follows:
B2400: The default bandwidth setting in SSB mode, indicating a bandwidth of 2.4 kHz.
No menu/function available.

The maximum functionality of the G90N is less than 10W, and this has been verified using a power meter. I previously experimented with the G90S, and it did not exceed 15W.
As I only operate SSB and CW, I have not tested the digital features. If there are any errors in the above information, or if my radio is malfunctioning, please let me know.
It's difficult to create a small but high-quality radio; I hope the manufacturer continues to work hard on this.

That's wrong; using CW mode to transmit with a dummy load should result in a significant difference in power, indicating a fault.
Also, check if the machine's own display shows normal power output. Make sure to rule out any issues with the power meter.

Just to let you know, the current G90N and S models are structurally identical to each other, except for the manufacturer's logo. If your testing method is confirmed to be accurate, then the machine itself is faulty; please return it for repair.

Any power meter has an error of about 5%, and for example, my Diamond SX600, the power values obtained when measuring signals at different frequencies under the same power are significantly different. Signals below 5 watts tend to indicate higher values, while signals above 5 watts tend to indicate lower values. Furthermore, the difference between low and high frequencies at the same power is also different. For example, when measuring a 20-watt signal at 3 MHz and 7 MHz, the results are 17-18 watts, while when using the same power on 14 MHz and 21 MHz, the result is 19 watts. Therefore, if possible, it's better to use a professional power meter for accurate measurements. Using a dummy load and a power meter can only provide approximate data.
