I would like to ask the seniors: has anyone used the Diamond HV7CX antenna? This antenna is mounted on the outside of a window on the 21st floor. Is it possible to use it for shortwave communication normally? I mean, can it transmit and receive at 100W without problems? But will transmitting cause any issues? Please give me some advice. Also, it's impossible to mount a V-shaped antenna on the roof. The only option is to mount it on the outside of the window.
