Here are a few ideas for your consideration:
1. Based on the principle of voluntary participation, utilize existing resources to collect information about HAMs in Hangzhou, such as WeChat accounts, email addresses, phone numbers, QTH (location), and publicly available contact addresses, and create a directory with fixed links for public display. Furthermore, I could ask my friend, a programmer, to create an anonymized static map of HAMs, so that new members can easily call them.
2. Find an experienced and trusted HAM (not necessarily from HSG) who is active in many different groups, and ask them to volunteer as a "liaison" to collect and distribute various messages.
3. Find a "listening monster" with "thick, tall antennas" and "large, pointed ears" that can "pick up" signals on specific frequencies.
4. Improve the existing HAM Wiki to educate newcomers.
