I just received a call from the Wireless Radio Supervision Enforcement Bureau of Langfang City, Hebei Province, informing me that they are unable to process my application for setting up a radio station. According to relevant regulations, I need to…Permanent residenceSetting up a server is possible, even if you haven't submitted the required "Necessity Statement" document nationwide. The implication is that "setting up a server in a non-permanent location" and "having no fixed nationwide presence" are two separate issues. Staff recommended setting up a server at the school's location.
