Statement of necessity for establishing and using amateur radio stations across provincial administrative regions
Establishment and use across provincial administrative regions
Rationale for the Necessity of Amateur Radio Stations
Amateur radio stations play a vital role in wireless communication, and are widely used in areas such as emergency communications, scientific research, and technical exchange. As society develops and technology advances, the demand for cross-provincial administrative area communications is increasing, particularly in scenarios such as disaster relief and scientific cooperation, where cross-regional communication is especially important. Therefore, setting up and using amateur radio stations across provincial administrative areas has significant practical significance.
Amateur radio enthusiasts are a global community of technical exchange. Communication across provincial administrative regions can promote technological exchange and cooperation between enthusiasts in different areas, thereby promoting the popularization and development of amateur radio technology. Through cross-regional communication, enthusiasts can participate in more competitions, experiments, and activities, improving their technical skills and enriching their leisure time.
To further my learning and exchange of radio theory and technology, I intend to participate in various radio communication competitions (such as this year's IOTA island expedition), which necessitates the installation of a radio station across provincial boundaries.
Establishing and using amateur radio stations across provincial administrative regions is an important measure to meet emergency communication needs, promote scientific cooperation, and facilitate technological exchange. Under the condition of complying with national laws and regulations, the rational planning and utilization of amateur radio resources will help improve social communication capabilities, promote technological progress, and serve social development. By strengthening cross-regional coordination, improving technical support, and enhancing emergency communication capabilities, amateur radio stations will play an important role in a wider range of fields, contributing to the sustainable development of the country and society.
