用擦边球的方式：找你的B类或者C类的朋友用他的设备参加。如果你用他的呼号那你完全合法合规。如果用你的呼号就是擦边球。反正也没人管这种事情。

BI1WAH UV段应该不是用来直频的，是开展业余卫星和月面反射通信的，月面反射有点困难，业余卫星弄个UV双段八木问题不大，就是什么时候开展得关注下活动页及卫星过境信息。
