Utilize existing resources based on the principle of voluntary participation to collect information about HAM users in Hangzhou, such as micro-signals, email addresses, phone numbers, QTHs (radio transmitting locations), and publicly available contact addresses, and create a directory with fixed links for public display. Furthermore, I could ask my friend, who is a programmer, to create a de-identified static map of HAM users, so that new members can easily call them."
- Find an experienced amateur radio operator who is familiar with a wide range of communication groups (not just HSG) and act as a "liaison," responsible for collecting and distributing various messages.
- Find those "large, tall antennas" and "big, pointed ears" that are good at "picking up" signals on specific frequencies.
- Improve the existing HAM Wiki to educate newcomers.
