事情是这样的，我是四川人，与今年二月底考试通过并且在三天后得到操作证书，后面我根据四川省无协给出的网址去登录设置无线电台，全程跟着指引来的，一直提示登录失败，浏览器也换成谷歌试过，我也在电脑上试过，都是登录失败，后面我去政务中心办，政务中心说不归他管，请问这种情况怎么解决，或者说哪位友台可以告诉我四川怎么线下办理电台，谢谢各位友台了 73

BA8AGK The Google Chrome browser commonly used for government websites usually requires:ComputerofGoogle Chrome (version 85 or higher, as of now) And daytime working hours are more reliable.

If that doesn't work, you can try using the local government service website's mobile app (in Sichuan, it might be called Tianfu Tongban).

BA8AGK I believe that I should be able to complete the Sichuan administrative service online, just as I did in Beijing.
For example, there is a "Apply Online" button. In addition, Beijing requires applicants to obtain two administrative permits simultaneously: "Radio Identification Code Application" and "Initial Application for Amateur Radio Station Use Permit." I am unsure whether Sichuan also requires this.

2、政务服务中心：草市街那个，打印好材料去五楼窗口提交，发纸质执照。

It must be applied for at the Sichuan Provincial Government Service Center (or through online channels), but not at the service centers in Yibin City or Chengdu City.
