That's right, in October and November of last year, BA4QNH launched a letter-passing activity where people who received letters would write a short message and include a small gift for the next person. However, they didn't implement any tracking measures or ensure that enough letters were passed along. I'm fortunate that it's been almost six months with no further developments.
