Here's a layout I designed for unified logbooks, which can be printed in black and white on A4 paper. It works well with book rings and transparent covers.
Fonts used on the cover: Huawen Kaiti, Fangzheng Xiao Bia Song, Fangsong, Times New Roman.
Fonts used on the log page: Beijing Old Song, Courier New.
