The data within the app should be accurate, and the discrepancies in dtrac's data are also minimal. It is likely that the differences stem from variations in the Star历/TLE data. The HAM personal tool updates its data every 4 hours, so you can use it with confidence.
However, the power of the ISS can vary significantly, and communication or reception may still be possible in some locations.

The original poster took their first step in using speech recognition for HAM, but I tried it myself and think there's still room for improvement.
I think we can learn from the SSB Runner approach on the forum and create some data to enhance speech recognition: LLM generates a common baseline, TTS synthesizes speech, and a Python tool adds random QRN and QSB interference patterns. This will allow us to create a dataset of a certain size to improve recognition capabilities.
Some of the key challenges associated with this particular link are:

Use appropriate strategies to encourage LLMs to generate diverse and comprehensive drafts.
How to make TTS-generated speech conform to the common communication habits of enthusiasts (such as reading conventions for brands like Yaesu, explanations of ICAO letters, different readings of signal reports and Western Union 92 code)?
How to make QRN and QSB align with realistic interference attenuation models

After some thought, I believe there are a few potential solutions. I'm wondering if anyone would be interested in exploring this approach further.

According to the time calculated by your grid, there should only be a difference of 2 seconds. The HAM tool defaults to calculating an angle of 10 degrees, which may result in a slightly smaller satellite angle. This will lead to earlier calculations. If your location is open, you can adjust the angle in the HAM personal tool to 5 degrees or lower to obtain even earlier forecasts.
