西安设台真的坑，我家汉中，在西安租房上班。本来有居住证，去年打算在西安设台的，结果人家说非本地户口必须要单位开设工作证明，居住证都不行，社保这些都不行。然后我问公司，公司人事说提 OA 申请公章，还要写明理由。我不可能写因为自己要设个人业余无线电台吧，这人家凭啥给你搞公章。协会那边也是死活不松口。没办法，我只能回汉中办、、、😂

Setting up a radio station in Xi'an is actually a hassle. I live in Hanzhong, and I commute to work in Xi'an. Initially, I had a residence permit and planned to set up my radio station in Xi'an. However, they insisted that non-local residents needed a proof of employment from their company, and neither the residence permit nor social security information was sufficient. When I asked my company, the HR department said I would need to submit an OA application for a company seal, along with a written explanation. It's impossible for me to write something like "I want to set up a personal amateur radio station," so why would they require a company seal? The association also refused to budge. In the end, I had no choice but to return to Hanzhong to complete the process.😂
