请问大家，通联后： 1.你是直接寄卡片给对方吗？没有沟通，通过QRZ等公开地址直接寄？ 2.还是会跟对方先沟通？ 3.如果对方是交换卡片爱好者，那当然好。 4.如果对方不是，就不寄了吗？ 5.如果给对方寄了，很久没有回应，你会再次沟通吗？ 6.你会含回寄邮资吗？

上个月与这个月陆续收到几张平信寄过来的卡，由于我们社区邮局平信一律不派送，就需要去邮局领取，然后需要找好久好久，有时候又忘记了，然后就会彻底找不到所以现在基本上不想交换卡了。去邮局发信也麻烦

上次寄了一批，国内的先去QRZ看看对方说明，有地址可以收件的就发，没有地址或者明确说不换卡就不打扰国外的就统一打包寄了bureau

1.我一般都通过电子邮件或QQ沟通，至少去QRZ主页看一看，根据他的主页信息（邮寄地址和姓名手机号是否详细，是否列有“来卡必会”等字样，是否展示了他的卡片或与他人交换得到的卡片）判断他是否热衷于换卡（或者说不排斥换卡）；如果没有以上任何特征，或者明确表示不接受纸质卡片，那就不寄了。

如果对方在 QRZ.com 明确写明接受实体卡我就会寄，不写的一般不寄，FT8 也寄国外走 bureau（如果有直邮的也同样方式回）国内走平信直邮来卡必回，不回也不会去催所以国内有支持外发的卡片管理员不？积攒一些零散小国卡片，汇总批量寄出

我短波主玩CW偶尔SSB，只要QRZ能查到确切地址我都主动给Direct，回信券看心情给，如果人家说明要绿票了，觉得值我就送一张。回卡全部随缘，不计较回卡，对方无论是送局或者压根不玩卡片也送人家一张权当交朋友了，不然您地址写那么清楚干嘛。 FT8我就不主动发卡了，我的FT8基本都是6米波段小日本的，发FT8的卡一是发不过来，再有就是个人觉得FT8模式不值得我主动送一张卡。随缘，有人给我就回，局不局无所谓。但是国内的除外，FT8我也主动发，因为国内FT8数量很少，而且国内能上6米的HAM都“稀有”值得送卡。卫星更不用说了，必须主动Direct!

Discussion about communication regarding sending QSL cards after a connection is established.

Could everyone please share their experiences after the integration?
1. Are you sending the QSL card directly to the other person? Are you sending it without prior communication, using a public address like QRZ?
2. Will I still need to communicate with the other party first?
3. If the other party is a fan of exchanging QSL cards, that's great.
4. If the recipient isn't, should I still send it?
5. If you sent it to them and haven't heard back after a long time, would you try to communicate again?
6. Will you include return postage?

Last month and this month, I received several postcards by mail. Since our community's post office doesn't deliver regular mail, I have to go to the post office to collect them. Sometimes it takes a long time to find them, and sometimes I forget, which makes it impossible to find them.
So, now I basically don't want to exchange cards anymore. It's also a hassle to send letters through the post office.

I recently sent out a batch, so if anyone in China wants to receive them, please check the instructions on QRZ first. If there is an address provided, send it; otherwise, do not bother me.

1. I usually communicate via email or QQ, and at least check his QRZ page. Based on the information on his page (such as whether he provides a detailed mailing address and phone number, whether he includes phrases like "QSL card required" or shows examples of cards he has received or exchanged), I assess whether he is interested in exchanging QSL cards (or doesn't object to it). If none of these features are present, or if he explicitly states that he does not accept paper QSL cards, then I will not send one.

I once received a regular letter from someone that hadn't arrived for several months. After contacting the sender, they sent another registered letter, which eventually arrived after a few more months. This resulted in duplicate deliveries. Sending mail internationally can take even longer, so be patient!
6. In domestic amateur radio, it is generally not necessary to include postage. When sending cards to certain organizations, I sometimes include a smaller envelope with the card and SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope) inside, for example, after the 55th event this year, I sent a QSL card and SASE to CRAC, but I haven't received a reply yet.🧐). Some foreigners will write on their homepage whether postage is required. Currently, domestic card issuers can only receive, but not send.
Today, while taking my exam in Shangqiu, I met with BG1GG, a representative of the national amateur radio association. I also asked him about obtaining a "Five Five Festival" card.

I primarily use CW on shortwave, occasionally try SSB. If QRZ can find the exact address, I always send a direct QSL card. Whether or not to return a QSL card depends on my mood; if I think it's worthwhile, I'll send one. All returned QSL cards are given freely and without expectation of return. Regardless of whether the other person sends a QSL card or doesn't use them at all, I will always send them one as a gesture of goodwill. After all, if you provide your address so clearly, what's the point?
For FT8, I don't proactively send out QSL cards. My FT8 contacts are mainly with small Japanese stations on the 6-meter band. Sending FT8 QSL cards is difficult for two reasons: firstly, it's hard to get a response, and secondly, I personally feel that sending an FT8 QSL card isn't worth the effort. It depends on who sends it; if someone sends one to me, I will reply. Whether or not the local station responds doesn't matter. However, this is only for domestic contacts. For FT8, I proactively send out QSL cards because there are very few FT8 stations in China, and those that can operate on 6 meters are relatively rare, making it worthwhile to send a QSL card.
As for satellites, they absolutely require direct control!

Then, I would look for their contact information in public places like QRZ, or simply ask them directly when we were communicating through a platform like Tonglian.

If the recipient prefers a paper card, I will confirm with them that the mailing address I have found is valid, and then mail the card.

Typically: For domestic stations, check the recipient's email address on QRZ.COM and then send an email asking if they are willing to receive a QSL card. Then, mail the card using the return address specified in the reply (I prefer registered mail). Only those who have explicitly indicated their willingness to receive a QSL card will receive it; for foreign stations, QSL cards are sent via BURO.
Exceptions: If the instructions on QRZ.COM state that a card does not need to be requested and sent directly, or if it states that cards are not accepted, then follow those instructions; if the other party sends me a card first, then return the card to them in the same way (e.g., registered mail will be returned by registered mail, regular mail will be returned by regular mail, BURO will be returned through BURO).

If qrz wrote it, then follow what qrz said. If someone else mentioned including sase, then include it as well.
People say that if you only send items to LOTW, then try not to send them, but sending them is your decision, and if they discard them, it's their responsibility.
There's no need to communicate beforehand. Those who are willing to provide their address and receive QSL cards will clearly state their QSL strategies, so just follow those guidelines.
