All replacement invoices have been sent.

Additionally, all telegrams originating from locations other than Beijing, Zhejiang, and Hefei were routed through a forwarding process (i.e., sent to my personal receiving address before being delivered via registered mail or regular mail).

The total cost so far is approximately $180.
