I primarily use it at home, but the issue of connecting a wired microphone to my desk through the balcony was unresolvable. This app completely solves my problem; I can simply place it in a corner of the living room. The original wired microphone that came with it is still unopened and unused. Furthermore, the HT app has many features and is much more fun than traditional car audio systems. It also allows for remote use via network channels.
Furthermore, if you can buy the N7500, there's no need to consider the AP-2. The AP-2 generates a lot of heat and has a noisy fan, and it feels like its memory capacity is significantly reduced. Also, when switching between different frequency bands, the channels interfere with each other, which is very annoying. The Winno doesn't have this problem, and it operates at a safe and compliant power level, generating minimal heat.
The HT APP, firmware, and AP2 seem to have been forgotten by the manufacturer. They haven't been updated for a long time. However, Winnow's updates are quick, and the regional channel group already supports 32 channels. But AP2 still only supports 16 channels, with no updates.
Another drawback is that, when directly connecting the Bluetooth remote to the car's system, the effect is weak, and it can only be used in conjunction with a mobile phone's Bluetooth.
APRS beacons, APRS messages, SSTV transmission and reception, ISS communication – these features are certainly fun and useful.
