如题，老证玩个100W以内的还是蛮好的，新B证最大只能15W感觉很鸡肋了

15w基本通联是没问题的，尽可能使用正V天线和水平偶极天线最不济也得使用端馈天线。我在武汉经常与新疆bg0eh杨老师通联他用的705 10瓦。有一次在十五米波段我降低到5瓦与他完成qrp-QSO。第二个方面现在各省基本都能给带业余核准的设备上小执照。QSO过程中对方要问功率就答15瓦不问你可以不说。只要双方交换了信号报告，自己记录时间和频率模式就可以认定为完成一次有效的QSO。

15w不15w那也是操作短波，你不考就操作不了短波，考b就是操作短波的硬性要求。

只使用UV段通联，没有短波需求的，不考B证也没关系，够用就行。真想玩短波，就必须考B证了。

If you're not planning to use shortwave, then there's no need to take the exam. Just a few thoughts: A 15W transmitter isn't unusable; getting some decent antennas is just as good as a 100W one.

I used a 10W IC-705 with an antenna inside the building, and I was able to transmit SSB 7050 from Liaoning to Shandong. I don't think that low power is fatal; factors like your antenna efficiency and the propagation environment are much more important. I'm not sure if you have access to the sea or a river nearby. If so, I believe that using a QRP radio + GP antenna + ground network connected to water would significantly improve transmission efficiency. To be honest, I've gotten tired of my 100W setup. Power isn't really as critical as I thought; you'll see when you try it yourself.

QRP is really very power-efficient. A QRP transmitter of 10 watts consumes only about 40 watts, which is similar to the power consumption of a 10-watt receiver. Conversely, a 10-watt transmitter on a 100-watt receiver would consume approximately 150-200 watts.
The radio is QRP (low power), and as long as the antenna can compensate, it should work well. For example, building a 3-element Yagi antenna isn't difficult. This means your 10W transmit power will be roughly equivalent to someone using a 100W GP antenna.
From my QTH in Chengdu, I use a 3-element Yagi antenna and 5 watts of transmit power. I can SSB communicate with stations in Xinjiang, Beijing, Tangshan, Jiangsu, and other locations. The signal strength is around 57 dBm.
