There may be situations where insufficient dependencies or other permission issues arise, which you will need to resolve yourself.
If you don't have a Linux background, I suggest you just give up. It's more important to avoid losing a few hairs.

Based on the README, this appears to be a competition dashboard server, designed to work with competition software and display results for organizers on large screens. I'm not sure what the original poster intends to use it for.

The installation script it provides is for Linux, and cannot be used on Windows. However, I looked at the underlying technology, Node-RED, and it seems to support Windows. But, given this situation, I would advise against trying it. Even if it works, there will likely be a lot of problems, and it may not even achieve the desired results.
