The reason I bought the older version is because it doesn't support Chinese channel names.
The D9000 can be categorized by hardware into three versions.
The earliest version did not support editing channel names at all.
The second version only supports English channel names.
The latest version only supports Chinese channel names.
This issue is determined by the hardware of the panel and cannot be resolved through firmware upgrades.
Only the panel can be replaced.
ZASTONE does this poorly.

The HTM689 I purchased last year was not the HTM688.
1、 The 689, 688, and D9000 have the same body, but the front ends differ. The 688 and D900 front ends haven't changed much, while the 689 front end is thinner than the other two.
2.689 was released in 2023 and comes in both Bluetooth and standard versions; 688 and D9000 were products released in 2008.
3. All three devices have virtually identical functions, with a power output of 50W each. They are all analog radios and do not have any digital features.
