活动开始前通知是现在都已电子版形式发送，毕竟面向全球，也许申请量太大，回复需要时间，感觉要能再发个公告说明一下比较好

I sent a QSL card to XSG, along with an envelope and postage for the return receipt.
However, they still replied to my letter using a new envelope.
