步进频率太大了，调小一点

我都怀疑5RH能不能有那么小的步进。。。

把步进尽量调到最小，如果最小步进的情况下不能输入频率表的频率，那就选择最接近的频率。

fm又不是ssb 步进取最近似值就行

Adjust the step size to its minimum value. If you cannot enter the frequency from the frequency table at the minimum step size, choose the closest available frequency.
