Why are my responses frequently being reviewed?

I don't understand why I need to be reviewed so frequently. My previous interactions have mostly been technical discussions (you can see all my replies, which are primarily focused on technical aspects), so I'm not sure what the reason is.
Sometimes, after writing a long reply, such as the one on https://forum.hamcq.cn/d/2810/2 regarding antennas, it was held for several hours of review.
Even:https://forum.hamcq.cn/d/4519 This post, with the DXCC list compiled by user on the second floor, has not yet been approved.
