The DSP in the TS2000 is an audio DSP, not a mid-band DSP. As a result, its performance is inferior to modern mid-band DSPs. However, it allows you to select the audio bandwidth and can (automatically) apply notch filters, as well as includes two built-in noise reduction functions.
The HF part of the amplifier, which was placed before the preamplifier, seemed a bit abstract to me. I personally think that its sensitivity is not very good, but it could not be tested in a comprehensive real-world test.
