《Regulations on the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China》
Article 13: The license plate of a motor vehicle must be displayed in the designated position at the front and rear of the vehicle, ensuring it is clear and complete. The body or cargo area of heavy-duty, medium-duty trucks and their trailers, as well as tractors and their trailers, should have enlarged license plates that are clearly legible.
《The People's Republic of China Motor Vehicle License Plate》(GA36-2018)There are clear specifications for the appearance of vehicle license plates.
The style of the license plate differs significantly from that of a motor vehicle license plate, so it cannot be determined that a photograph was taken of a motor vehicle.
The "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" does not specify the exact installation methods for license plates, but related traffic management regulations and implementation guidelines provide further requirements. Generally, the installation of license plates should follow the following principles:
The license plate should be installed in the designated location on the vehicle, typically in the central or slightly right/left position at the front and rear, but it must not interfere with safe driving or the identification of the license plate.
Based on everything above, I think we should confront JC directly.
