Ask members of the local HAM community, or check QRZ.com to see if there are any HAMS nearby who are using email addresses, and try to find someone to share an account with.
Also, please avoid contacting customer service by phone. Instead, visit a few nearby post offices in person to discuss the matter thoroughly. The difference between public collection boxes and postal lockers is essentially negligible.

Two days ago, I contacted the post office about this matter, and the most they can offer is to hold the package for pickup, but you also need to submit an application to them.
